Terms and Conditions for BirdFair Prize:
- Prize-winner must arrange the coordination of the trip with AWT Travel Australia at birdfair@awttravelaustralia.com.au
- Prize is valid until 31 December 2009 and is based on availability of accommodation at each property at time of booking.
- Prize is valid for two persons travelling together, or one person travelling alone.
- International, domestic and regional airfares are not included.
- Travel between each prize-giving company is the prize-winner’s responsibility.
- The maximum number of free nights is two at each property; the number of nights can be reduced, however additional nights required over and above the two nights must be paid by the prize-winner at regular rates.
- The prize is valid for only one stay at each property, ie, two consecutive nights, and cannot be broken into two visits.
- Breaks are allowed between stays at each property, ie, they do not have to be consecutive stays but all stays must be completed by 31 December 2009.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended.
