Victoria's Riflebird
(Ptilorus victoriae)

 

Male - velvet black with long decurved bill, colour iridescent blue-green crown, throat and upper side of tail

Female - dark olive brown with cinnamon-buff colour underneath.
Found in North Queensland and adjacent islands. Builds a shallow nest of twigs and twine.
