Blue black male bird that takes 7 years to fully acquire its colour. Builds a bower of twigs and lined
with hoop pine leaves and adorns it with stolen blue objects to attract not one
but several females. The females then go on their way and build their nests to have their young.
Can be found in North Queensland on the Tablelands and south from Brisbane down the coast of New South Wales.
