Large grey goose, head small and short with a black triangular shaped bill. mNumbers are limited
and they can be found in southern states breeding on small offshore islands habitat - grassland, tussocks
and low scrub, moving to improved pasture when breeding. Nests made of grass heaped in piles and sticks.
